Sacrifices of the heart
I am forced to make certain sacrifices for love, Yet He reminds me I am free, Free because of His sacrifice on the cross, His love held me, even when I was still in the dark.Even now, though I'm far from perfect, His love remains constant, unwavering. But oh, how it hurts to love, To give and trust, only to be disappointed, By those I thought would always have my back. Yet my true Lover remained firm, by my side.He whispered, "Do not count the wrongs done to you, Instead, forgive, and show love in return." For love, He said, is what heals and changes hearts. And though it aches, the pain is part of the path.I am forced to forgive, even when I wasn't in the wrong, To give love in return for hate, To hold my peace when words burn to escape, For this is the way of love—unseen, unspoken, but deeply felt. And though it may wound, love still chooses to heal. So, to show that I love Him, I must live by His words. I know better, and with that, I carry His truth I am his ambassador, even in the pain, even through the hurt.. He is called love and people have to see him through me ..... Love love love love😭😭😭
