"Sabbath Grace"
In the quiet hush of twilight's embrace, I thank the heavens for a week's sweet grace. Productive days, like seeds sown in earth, Blessings abundant, each of priceless worth. God's hand guiding, a source of endless mirth. As shadows lengthen, the sabbath nears, A sacred pause, calming all our fears. The toils of the week, a distant hum, In gratitude, my heart begins to strum. A melody of thanks, a sacred drum. Beneath the canvas of the starlit sky, I reflect on moments that passed by. A harvest of labor, a bounteous yield, In the quietude, my spirit healed. God's providence, a shield unconcealed. With a whispered prayer, I welcome rest, A sabbath's gift, the soul's true quest. The week, a weave of work and grace, In the Sabbath's arms, find a resting place. With gratitude, I embrace God's embrace.
