Rough road
It has been a long journey, Walking down the aisle in an alley, Scared out of wits and being dragged down the valley, Not to forget the sufferings and the pain in the valley; With tears and sweats, squeezed into a bucket, It's big enough to fuel a rocket. Why the strange journey, when I can't even find the socket? I turned round and round, looking for hope lost, never ever forgetting that faith is a must, I tried as much as I could to keep holding on, But the more I did, despair was setting on. I stumbled into a block, where I saw tiny beams of light, I tried grabbing it, but I felt something pulling me so tight, It felt heavy as one with loads of burden, But all I had to do was cast my cares all of a sudden, I whispered the only word that came to mind: "Help me."
