Rogue Wave

I'm all grown up, I know better now, I've left all the past behind me. The lesson was clear, The words have been said. I won't let what happened define me. Yet once in a while, When I'm all alone, The wall of my heart resigns, And without a reason, It just comes along, And hits me like a wave sometimes.
