Black youth of Africa, Your voice must be heard, Let your words ring out, With truth that cuts like a sword. You've worked hard for your education, But the system is unjust, Corruption and abuse, It's a system built on distrust. May those in power listen, To your words so strong and true, Let them feel your frustration, Let them know what you've been through. Please do dream of a future, Where black youth can thrive, Where opportunities abound, And corruption will no longer thrive. Where qualifications matter, Not who you know or who you sleep with, Where justice reigns supreme, And all are treated with dignity. Where every black child, Gets the same chance to succeed, Where every dream is nurtured, And each talent is freed. Let's build this future together, With truth and hard work, And hope that's not defeated, By a system that's corrupt and dark. Black youth of South Africa, The future is in your hands, To vote for change, to stand up for justice, To end the cycle of despair.
