RHYTHMS OF ME
Since, I'm not the old 'me' you know I'm being Controlled by my own shadow. And This shadow of mine Is and was not at all fine. Cuz The world I dreamt of Is shattering & being torn-off. I'm stuck in this horrible storm But the "storm" is inside my own dorm. Muffled voices inside my head Turn out to be the screams of the dead. It broke me (& my soul) and now I'm gone— Gone Into the wild within the darkest of lawn. I'm there, staring at the 'question mark' As if I'm lost like Sunshine in the dark. My thoughts, feelings and actions— It drifts me far from my satisfactions. It takes me to a place far far away Where I hear echoes of words you used to say. I want to embrace it as tight as I could But then I remember that I barely would. They say it's okay but it's not, actually And I'm not fine with living as if I'm guilty— Because I know I am... Now what can I do? Maybe could've changed it—if I already knew.. But do you know my biggest fear? That "The thought of presence will disappear.." Maybe it was supposed to be true so 'you went' Not by yourself but forced to go but still you left! ~ No One
