Restless Life (part three)
I lay awake on this floor I began to think why I'm here. my mind is lost but memories still appear, I remember the day I saved a life but lost one at the same time, sickness spreads to the greatest people my grandfather was one of them, I was sitting at home as my father and sister were off to see my grandfather's sickness, 9 years old I was sitting home with my mother and my baby brother, this resting day is apart of a restless life my mother was struggling to cope little did I know. she went into my father's room where my brother laid she locked the door into the bathroom she wrote her pain on the walls it's still lies there to today I knocked and knocked mom, mom are you there? I was scared. I called a friend police knocked and knocked, the door was open They bring me my baby brother, paramedics brought back a life. I lay awake realizing everything apart of my restless life. that very same day my grandfather died That's what I call a life for a life but in the end all I have is a restless life. I understand now coping is hard it takes strength to make it out of the hole. I love you grandpa.
