REMORSE
Maybe I don't know how to love yet I don't deserve touching the veil of your unspoken words You had standards and I'm below par I'm ready to say it was my fault For you spoke with words But I looked you with feelings I wish you were just a human to me But I looked you and saw poetry I wish I had a petite talk But I had no proper words to mollify your heart Shouldn't have trusted me For I said I loved rain But I had an umbrella with me How would I laconically explain That the gamp was meant for you That raindrops didn't bother me Wanting you was so close to prayers I whispered your name in vows Thought you between seconds But how would you trust me For I said I loved water But I was dying of thirsty I could have taken time back To rectify moments of tears Healing scars of your vintage heart I'm crying in veins You didn't deserve this
