Remember
The church isn't as it used to be Same of you may ask, why do you say so Anna? well when last did your fire burn on your alter? When last did you feel compassion for the poor and stretched out your hand? Isaiah was right when he prophecied about you hypocrites as it is written; these people only honor me with their lips but their hearts are far from me Do you remember how you would cry yourself to bed every night mentioning my name How you would wake up early hours of the morning and read my word How you would mention me In every situation but now that times have changed your hearts are far from me Remember how you would bow before me and say holy holy holy is the lord God almighty who was and who will always be Remember that all I desire is mercy and not sacrifice All I desire is a pure heart and not a double sided heart All I desire is a relationship with you Where are my people that promised to worship me if I made a Way for them Remember that I am the lion and the lamb I can do anything to save my children and I can do anything to save them from danger All I need is you to remember that the church isn't just a building, it is you and me
