Regrets

Choices I made took away my dreams tearing my hopes and wishes apart. Days of laughter and pleasures were gone, only the sadness remains in my heart. As each day resets from dusk until dawn, the nightmare relives through my eyes. Scars of emotion embracing my mind the truth replaced by the lies. Heartbroken, lonely, grieving with pain, silently mourning my cries. With no more strength left in myself, I watched helpless as life passed me by. Ronald Albert Davids
