"Regretful good byee".
In this beautiful era, I saw you shine, Thought your presence enough, my heart's confine. But pain crept in, day by day, it grew, Lost in darkness, my world came crashing through. I faced obstacles, rumors, and a depressed mind, Yet I held on, never giving up, never leaving behind. I imagined holding your hand, through every step, But you took a step back, and my heart wept. I'm not asking for much, just the chance to be, But if you're not ready, I'll set myself free. I'll live my life, find happiness on my own, Leave me, if that's what you need to know. If destiny has other plans, maybe in another life, We'll meet again, as husband and wife. But for this life, I'm clear in my mind, I won't be yours, my path is left behind. Tears streaming down, as I let go, Of the love we shared, and the memories that glow. I'll move on, find happiness, and be free, Leaving the heartache, and the what-ifs, behind me.
