Reflections
My reflection is the cost of my own actions, I did things where today I can laugh, But it also makes me sad because of the mistakes I made, I ask myself, "Why did I make that decision?" Our mistakes are our own definition, The fact that we have no perfection. The world is like a closet full of skeletons, They say don’t judge the book it's the cover, But no one talks about the Author. Why bother telling a speech If those words are never followed? Imagine apologizing to the world When it’s the reason your scars stay getting deeper. Imagine self-love being self-taught. The mirror is more than a sheet of glass That can see your appearance; It's more like one of the only things you can't hide— How you're really feeling, More like a fake smile preparation. How come we do things for an impression? How come death makes people start asking The important questions? How come people do bad things and expect acceptance? Why is getting to know someone outdated? How come being a nice guy stopped being wanted? If life gives you choices, Why are the bad ones keep being chosen? 𝓣𝓻𝓮𝔂.𝓠
