Red sneakers
I saw you climbing the stairs and the first thing I noticed were red shoes as blood as themselves. I look at you as tears fill in my eyes. Your face is covered with blood but you are smiling while looking at me. My heart aches as you are able to see me in my adult version, but I can’t as in front of me you are still the twelve year old boy, I knew nine years ago. You did not get the chance to be an adult compared to me. Luna? I cried a little when I heard you calling my name, as I am glad I didn't forget your voice as time passed by. Your favorite white shirt tainted with blood but no one would ever know if it was mine or yours. Maybe it was both as we were both involved in the same accident which sacred us for life. You were scared by death and were cursed to stay a child and for me. My hearing has become less effective but yours is worse as you are not allowed to set foot in the living world ever again. Sorin? I whisper while approaching you but you dissapeared into thin air The one thing I recall was your red sneakers who always mark your presence as you enter the room as no one has this kind of pair except you.
