ramblings of a dreamer Pt. 1
as i lay in darkest night my heart filled with cold fright racing, pacing, running far far beneath the northern star deep in dread so deathly black nearing now a heart attack something inching ever near fills me so with nowt but fear i try and try to open my eye but the lids i cannot pry i try to move my weary hand it wont budge, i dont understand i cannot move, i cannot move stuck in this damn beds groove is this my death? come finally from this world i dont want to be free but then i stand within my mind my hearts pace does unwind my body still is dead as stone but i seem to move in the unkown my senses do return to me i get a fleeting sense of glee but deep in darkness i seem to be a slave, so grave and so unfree i move a pace deep in the dark not a sound, just deathly stark nothing stands within my way in this place i seem to stay there is no light there is no smell am i in some dim lit hell. what sort of place is truly black? how do i find my way back? wait whats that in the distance? can it be the lights resistence? i see it now a tiny dot my only hope against this rot i move and move and the light grows it moves to me as if it knows my hope, my salvation against damnation
