Rainy day
A soft gray sky leans low and wide, As silver threads of rain collide, With rooftops, leaves, and quiet streets, A gentle rhythm the silence meets. The earth exhales a cooling sigh, As clouds drift slowly, passing by, Each drop a whisper, calm and deep, A lullaby that sings to sleep. Windows blur with watery lines, Time slows down, the moment shines, In puddles where reflections play, Tiny worlds drift far away. The air smells fresh, the dust now gone, A quiet peace the rain leans on, And in its hush, the heart feels light— A storm that heals, not one that fights. 🌧️
