Rain
Minutes turned to hours, hours turned into months. Now that November has just started, I've collected my thoughts. Rain is pounding down no birds chirping. No traces of the sun can be found . It's 4:58 in the morning all I hear is rain, no other sound. The weather mirrors my mood grey skies and grey mind. Soggy underfoot, the smell is beautiful. It's always hypnotizing the steady downpour. I wish I could wash my sorrows away, I guess I'll save that for another rainy day.
