Raging Anger
A storm within, a tempest brewing, A fiery rage, my senses spewing. Red hot coals, a furnace burning, My mind explodes, my anger churning. A primal scream, a guttural roar, A tidal wave, crashing on the shore. My vision blurs, my thoughts are lost, In a whirlwind of fury, at any cost. The world shrinks down, a tiny speck, As rage consumes, with a fiery wreck. My fists clench tight, my teeth are bared, A beast unleashed, a fury unshared. But in the aftermath, a hollow ache, The embers of anger, a bitter wake. A sense of shame, a heavy weight, The aftermath of rage, a bitter fate. So I strive to tame this beast within, To find the calm, to let it win. To breathe and think, to understand, The power of anger, and its fragile hand.
