Quivering Not Beating
I'm scared. So terrified. And my heart is, too. It aches in ways I can hardly undure. I want to believe its a serious disease—but its just a temporary feeling. I can feel it deeply, but I don't want to feel hurt anymore. I want to believe this suffering will pass, That time will heal the wounds I cannot see. But in the moment, it feels endless, relentless— I’m drowning in emotions that won’t set me free.
