Quiet Kids at School

I'm scared to get shouted at by a teacher Not to be perfect or praised I'm scared to get shouted at by a teacher Because of the way I was raised. If they shout at me, I fear That I will break down and cry If only they knew the pressure Of my parents' expectations being so high. I'm not perfect, I'm scared To be judged or screamed at If my mum was a bit nicer Maybe I wouldn't fear that.
