Quiet
I've never been talkative My mom says I'm too sensitive But know I can't keep quiet Because I'm not alright She wouldn't stop touching me My boundaries she couldn't see Even when I said no She wouldn't let go I acted like it was my fault That felt like too much salt I felt so used This wasn't the first time I was sexually abused I'm so dirty And I don't feel sturdy I can't be left alone today So please stay I know it wasn't my fault I knew to report the assault No matter how many showers I take I feel like glass that's about to break
