querencia a place to feel at home a place your soul can feel free sometimes this place can be physical or in your head or sometimes not a place at all but a person, a person who makes you feel safe and free and loved and cared about a querencia is not just a building called home but a person who feels like home that makes your heart flutter and your cheeks flush a person who can make you smile and laugh even on your worst days when you feel like giving up they lift you up and help you across that finishing line you felt you couldnt cross they hold you in silent moments where no one else would just to make sure your okay or they check on you every chance you get that to me is a querencia not a building but a person.
