Puppet in your Show
I've known you for all my life, But you've only known me for half of yours. I'm always the puppet in your show. As you attached strings to control me, A storm barged in and stopped you. But it wasn't the dark, scary, and gray storm, It was the type of storm that I could listen to its drop of rain without getting tired. It was the type of storm that I could go outside and think deeply as rain slips through me. The storm cut all my strings loose, Now, I'm free.
