Protection

When we see the people we love hurt, physically or mentally, we instinctually hold it to ourselves, learning how to not make the same mistakes. But what happens when you see the people we love hurt each other? that's something that only hurts, pain so great you feel it deep within the palms of your hands when you weep. You try to protect yourself, learning from the new situation and circumstances, learning not to better yourself but to fear love.
