promises

you promised you'd never leave, that I'd never have to bleed. you promised that you'll always love me, always care for me. you promised. though I guess those promises weren't true. and I guess that promises are broken just like you. add me in too because I've been broken since the day you left. I've been broken since you turned your back and broke all of my hope. but it's ok. your actions mad the grip loose. enough for me to run. now here I stand with a healing heart and protective gear. I shall be strong now without fear.
