pride
Oh! How great and mighty she fell With wisdom bestowed on her head With tongue that surely rebel Yes! She's the mother of men. Out of her mouth she speaks; but nothing comes out Words are empty, yet they drive men crazy Her confidence as high as mount Everest The pillar isn't solid, it falls down abruptly Her presence is like the heat of a volcano It makes others feel uncomfortable Talking with her is like being pointed a pistol Top of your head, you have to think and seek souls She is the mother of men A few cut short their relationship with them Seeking peace and merging their soul with God Others, they feel at rest in dirt Many souls are lost Some which won't be found till thy kingdom come Engrossed in her offerings as morning occur Their hearts can never be reformed At first, she is chipper Bringing men closer Drawing them to their doom faster But all this within a snail's capacity She is definitely not the devils mistress But she's on earth doing his work without stress Their qualities are related She is the reason he was thrown to hell
