pov: of a break up
The room is filled with tense Am I in denial Or just incredibly densed I listen to you with patience While you ignore me with neglectance My friends are in the corner feeling the suspense Little do they know all of this is condensed It feels like basketball is what we're playing Cause i'm the offense And you're the defense You try to hold me But I try to leave at any expense This is dumb. Am I at fault? Yes. But this is an incredible mess Now I feel like I should confess Or should I act dumb? Or should let you process? Process the fact that I'm gonna leave Like every did to you I feel entirely shitty I don't even know if I should pity But i'm sorry Maybe we'll meet again Maybe in another life Or another city
