pound dog
brilliant sobbing eyes, silky whiskers and a howl and bark that just makes you giggle i should have left you in the pound i brought my little doggy home put him in my bed, gave him loving they would have put him in the ground i fed you, i listened i took you on walks i wasn't ready for a dog so said all the talks isn't he a little sweetheart isn't he a peach? he barks and whines and whines and growls and those are just his sounds you can never be lonely now! with this loyal friend who'll prance so sweetly by your ankles never not around you bite me, what'd i do i gave you my peace! i got you your medicine you gave me your fleas don't treat a dog that way! don't put him out, he doesn't know any better he's nothing but a hound well i can't pay insurance and i see why you were abandoned. sorry mate but i'm not with it go back to the pound
