Poison to Pages
The morning haze has been a frequent treat this week. It'd be easy for me to blame insomnia, but how can I when it doesn't do it alone? The damn morning exhaustion-heavy load sensation makes me want to kill each bird that starts their morning singing. The mind is relentless like a show without any commercial break, or a movie without an end credit scene. I've been stuck in Act 2 with a story that seems to have lost its identity. The genre can't make up it's mind on what category to stick with. It drifts through each one while slowly losing the plan of the original plot. It's chaotic and screaming in a dream keeps reality locked up making real life harder to have a shot. The horror aspect seems to paint the story to go for the easy way out, or face the antagonist before the sudden genre shift. How can I accept option 2 when I'm the antagonist that unknowingly feeds the master, so the wheels keep on spinning? One day, you may find me howling at the moon, or plot twist, sharing the poison to pages and I find out there are more people out there like me.
