Poetic Prayer

When I run out of words, Look deep into my heart, Where you'll find my worries and troubles, When I run out of words, Look into my eyes, For they reflect my pain, Pain of this hardship called life with no gain. When confusion takes over, With no hope for a clear direction of life, Redirect me into the right path, For I no more knows what to do, Where to go, Nor even where to begin. When everyone lives my side, Reassure me that you'll be all that I am left with, For you are my God, Father and more. When my pain and worries weighs me down, Be my support system, Reminder to stand regardless. When the walls of life closes up on me, That I struggle to breathe, Be my oxygen, Bless me with the mindset of survival, For I need you to keep on going, Let it be that my cry reach to your ears.
