pig (3/3)
She sat on the end of my bed in her pyjamas and spoke of you. Spoke of a love so great, so grand, a love which promised her the world, once. She played with her hair and rubbed at her neck nervously, asking if you'd called. What good is a call into the void? What good is changing your mind after so much time has passed, for time is intention. And now you want a piece of me, yet again. Seeing that potential, do you think of me as "easy"? I plait her hair and tuck her into bed. Have your cake and eat it too? Afterall, it was you who said that you always had a sweet tooth. I hope that salt chokes you.
