Piece of Paper
Your life is like a piece of paper Everytime you crumple it Your heart breaks with it When you hear the crackling of the paper You hear the scream of a little girl Trying to fight her demons You hear her heartbeat as the last tear hit the ground You hear her scream for help As the last slice is the heat of the skin You can flip a piece of paper Just like you can flip your frown into a smile While no one knows your struggling You drown your thoughts with writing While the paper watches you pain But i'm not a little girl no more And i'm still fighting with my last breaths arising I'm not a paper but i'm a human being treated like a worthless piece of writing
