Philophobia
Her eyes - celestial fires where my defenses died, How could I command my heart when fate itself complied? Each glance a silent spell my fragile soul obeyed, In worship of her beauty, my cautious will decayed. She moves through all my thoughts like dawn through endless night, A radiance so tender, yet unbearably bright. Now hopelessly I linger where her memories remain, Enchained to her presence, intoxicated by the pain. To love her feels like breathing, instinctive, deep, divine, But fearing her departure is the slowest end of mine.
