Phantoms Of The Deceased
These Phantoms aren't me For these Phantoms Of The Deceased, Are undead thoughts That never ceases, Prerequisition of who I used to be, Yet to these ghastly Post mortem thoughts I bled before I broke, Even now in death I am victim To muzzled thoughts leftover They carry my sorrow, I was left for dead, No one wanted me No one cared, Plead pleas Up towards a ghosty god Those cries went unheard, Left in silences like Knocks on a door Left unopened, I know the sound Of grave callings from the other side They pleaged my days, Echos of the distant Raged filled Consumed in wanting revenge, Or just thoughts Of a dead master Never to be heard again, I saw snacthes of the future, Before deaths wrath Dissolved them away, Unfortunate how these Undying thoughts reconstruct My catacombed reality, Yet even if my soul ran free Heavy are thoughts That weigh on my departed heart, These echos of the past Are soulless smokescreens Barriers keeping me From R.I.P, While my body lays cold Decaying as the worms feast, These voices aren't in my head Or things I'm hearing, In my forever sleep, These are Phantoms -Phantoms Of The Deceased.
