Petals of growth
Questioning who am I? Hoping for a reply. By light, I learn to identify. Now a sprout who wishes to unfold But shadows turn warmth cold. Slowly losing her hold Covered in different petals, As her own began to break. her roots began to ache. Yet time taught her a change she must make. Even with storms that mar (damage) She grows/blooms from every scar Finally, knowing her petals are ------------------------------------------ A reminder that even torn petals can bloom again
