Peripeteia
Peripeteia By: Marivil Boniza Poems I shall now Bury alone in the depths of the abyss. Till words will cease its despair, till my feelings cry like a river an endless tears A weapon they say, A coping mechanism I respond, Words were only spoken in the moment Poetry was never a Gun that I hold dear My words are bullets of despair, Begging for help, yet a sharp knife they see, how shall I live if this one thing I hold dear, they despise What's poetry if an author is not allowed to say her thoughts?, What's the used of writing it if my pen is a sharp blade, My thoughts are careless yet fully aware, If I can't express, I shall rot till the grounds swallow me whole, If I am not allowed to utter a word I shall die Better off dying with words in my mind, Commiting suicide and drowned with literature, what else can I say? I will never be enough for human beings
