Peace

Lately I've found peace I am healing Might be slow But I'm not complaining Step by step I keep getting better I have realized that letting go Is the best way to find my peace I have made peace with my mistakes And my past, without it this moment would probably not exist, and thus I am grateful for the past I have learnt that you cannot control everything Sometimes it's better to let things be And you will find your peace Sometimes it's lonely But it's peaceful I am happy I couldn't wish for more I am proud of myself for making it this far I am proud for taking the step To find my peace.
