PARENTS
In the realm of memories, I wander back, To days of yore, where admiration lacked. Yet, in this nostalgic haze, I now see clear, The ones who shaped me, those I hold dear. Oh, parents, steadfast in their love and care, Through trials and troubles, always there. They weathered storms, both fierce and wild, Guiding me, their unwavering child. For in their eyes, I found admiration's grace, A love that time nor distance could erase. Through every stumble, they never ceased, To offer solace, a comforting peace. And though they faced their own battles too, They never faltered, their strength shining through. For even when they couldn't lend a hand, Their unwavering support, I understand. So, let us not forget these souls so dear, Whose sacrifices shaped us, year after year. To those who refused, and those who assisted, In admiration, our hearts are enlisted. For it is through their love, we've come to be, The best versions of ourselves, wild and free. In this short verse, let gratitude persist, To parents, our eternal admiration, we insist.
