Panic Room
Once every now and then My name is registered in the book Which date it is Uncertainty reigns I don't know when I don't know why They drag me in there Like the noble price The guest of honor has arrived Gates shut, door locked The stay is temporary Yet the scar is permanent I knock on the door once I slam it twice I don't want to experience the intensity of crime I did nothing wrong so why do I have to cry Can someone please help me break out of this game of pain The longer I'm kept the less I feel human Why is the air knocked out of my lungs and my hands trembling in pairs This room is reserved For me every now and then And even though I resist I keep on bleeding in this cell
