Panic Attacks
Constant panic attacks, A relentless storm within, Racing heart, trembling hands, Suffocating fear that never ends. Each breath feels like a battle, Caught in the grip of anxiety's hold, Mind consumed with endless worries, Drowning in a sea of what-ifs and could-have-beens. Days blur into nights, Sleep elusive, dreams haunted by dread, Every moment tinged with unease, A prisoner to my own mind's torment. Trying to calm the raging storm With deep breaths and whispered mantras, But the panic always returns Stronger, fiercer, more suffocating than before. The weight on my chest grows heavier As I struggle to keep control But the fear creeps back in And I'm left gasping for air once more.
