Panic attacks
My eyes fill with tears as I sit in class Surrounded with people who act like they care. "Stay strong" I repeat in my head. I repeat it over and over again But a rage of fears comes over as I crave attention and care. I can't hold it. One drop of tear exists my eye. I run to the bathroom and lock the stall. I feel like I'm locked in a room that is filled with overwhelming air. One tear turns into a water fall running down my face Shaking and trembling like a earthquake throughout my whole body. My mind fills with overthinking like waves of the ocean roaring loud in my head. It wont stop. It gets worse and worse Stuck in a tornado and it keeps on turning Everthing is turning and it feels like the world's about to end. I close my eyes and wait for my last breath to be taken from the ocean the earthquakes the tornado Instead I feel your hand reach for mine. Saving me from this feelings that had drowned me. Realizing my journey never ended because it needed to begin with you.
