Palestine land of sorrows
In Palestine's land of sorrow and strife, Babies are silenced before their first cry, little ones imprisoned, innocence denied, Mothers' tears flow, their anguish amplified. Men bleed on streets where hope is thin, under skies where peace seems a distant hymn. Yet amid the rubble and echoing pain, courage rises, undeterred by disdain. In the heart of every shattered home, resilience blooms, not easily overthrown. From the ashes of dreams unjustly frayed, a spirit soars, refusing to be swayed. In solidarity, our voices unite, A call for justice, a beacon of light. To mend the broken, to heal the scars, to stand with Palestine, beneath the stars. Let compassion guide our every deed, Empathy sow the seeds of peace we need. For in the face of oppression's might, love and solidarity shall ignite. Together, hand in hand, we'll strive to lift the oppressed, ensure they thrive. In the echoes of history's refrain, Palestine's hope, we vow to sustain. By Palwasha Mazhar
