Pain
There's pain everywhere. I don't know how it got here. Pain became the overwhelming numb. People screaming now felt dumb. I read books of villians asking, "who hurt you?" As if the girl was a collection piece to add to. I open my door and see nothing but horror. People act as if others can't be tourn. Voices are being stripped away. And you still ask me to stay. You bow your heads as if to pray it all to hell. For all I know you might as well. It seems there is a way to make it better. That starts with everyone pulling themselves together.
