When I looked into his eyes My heart broke that day; The pain a reflection of my own There was so much pain and it was just plain out torturous to watch. Why can't I stop this profound sense of longing? Why wont it go away because I cant have you anymore. The pain that reflected in my eyes had shone through in his; The pain had slipped away when we were together. For a minute, Everything was so.....normal That was until we fell apart; Turns out that the pain we felt Turned out to be love; A love that could never be.
