Pain
"So many voices about to drown me. Why can't I shut them out like I shut everyone else out? How do I save me from myself". A question all the learned scholars couldn't answer Each new day brought new scars, mentally, physically or emotionally.. It came in form of swift cuts leaving red trails behind them. It came in form of a sharp spear, shattering my heart into a million pieces. It came in form of mint, leaving wet trails on my cheeks. The feeling of pain that feeds me as a reminder that I still exist. Pain seems like a second skin now. I willingly embrace it. They say beauty is pain, I guess that's why pain always comes to me, the fairest moon.
