Pain

I'm filled with so much pain it's piled up so much I feel so numb but deep down I feel it but I just can't seem to identify it it's so confusing it's so unbearable it feels like I should stop feeling cause all that pain really hurts it hurts so much it makes me want to scream it makes me want to shout to the top of my lungs just go pain please just go
