overthinking

overthinking sucks it got me thinking I'm out of luck. a person says they'll stay but i know they'll leave.yes that's how overthinking feels.it has a voice in your head that tells you everything ahead.i agree with what you say but my brain somehow tells me it's a lie,you cross your heart and hope to die and that confuses me somehow. overthinking isn't that bad sometimes,because most of the time you will end up saying i was right.which is why overthinking suck!
