Overwhelmed by all of my senses Voices are too loud and mumbled Exhausted Restless and fidgety Scared and jumpy Too many textures I can’t ignore the sound of the footsteps, air conditioning, talking, buzzing, typing, breathing My joints feel weird and I can feel my fingers too much Uneasy and nauseous Lights glaring in my eyes Anxiously attempting to ground myself Trying to avoid having a panic attack Embarrassed that I freaked out Distracted doesn’t mean I’m not trying
