Out of Body Experience
Many say they experience theirs through drugs, sugar rushes, or moments of extreme excitement. But when do you experience yours? I had mine during a “get-to-know” session. A vulnerable one. I was handling the session, fully present— yet it felt like I didn’t know who I was in that moment. My mind was there, but I was somehow watching myself from the outside. Just goes to show how far I’ve come. All thanks to God. I could call it a rush. And I loved every second of it. Who knows— maybe it’s something I’ll get to experience more often. By the way, I shared one of my vulnerable session innovations: “Up and Grateful.” When do you experience yours?
