Our western rebellion
In dawn’s first light, we stand, unbowed, Young men rising tall amidst the crowd, Challenging whispers that cast us in doubt, Against the falsehoods that try to drown out. They say our strength is rooted in disdain, That manhood’s legacy is born of pain, But we hold a truth that can’t be erased, A heritage of honor, love embraced. They call us boring, plain, unoriginal, As if our passions are superficial, Yet beneath the surface, fires burn bright, Ambitions fueling day and night. For straight and true, our path may seem clear, Yet often overlooked, our voices appear Silent in the symphony of change, Fighting to break free from the chains so strange. We face the storms, the doubts, the scorn, To forge a future where hope is born, For women who take us for granted, We stand, resilient, unwavering, planted. To make the world a better place, With strength and kindness interlaced, To honor those who walk beside, In unity, our hopes abide. So here we stand, unshaken, bold, With stories yet to be retold, Defying myths, embracing truth, Building a future of lasting youth.
