Our Own World
Man made machines then we kill what we don't understand. The doors automatically lock without keys in hand. The towns are sectioned off the electricity has just been shut down. Starve the citizens out poison all the clothes. The busses are all shut down, the soup kitchen opens up at one. Believe the love and question silently. Turn a cheek when it's deceiving, look her in her eyes, and she shall believe in me ... the stars aligned, the oceans swelled with the rising tide. She lays there naked, a blanket barely covers her. I wonder what she is dreaming of?
